Sealcoating

Our experience and research has taught us that no two parking lots or driveways are the same. Therefore, different coatings need to be used based on the needs of your pavement. We offer both oil and water based sealant.

Crack Repair

Crack Filling is the process of injecting a hot pour rubberized sealant into isolated cracks in the asphalt pavement to prevent water from penetrating the sub-grade and stone base.

Striping

Jim Stanley asphalt provides lot striping. Organizing your parking facilities to accommodate your customers will eliminate confusion. We can stencil to provide handicapped parking, parking stops, and speed bumps. We use only the highest quality Sherwin Williams Premium paints.

Patching & Widening

We have the ability to bring the latest repair methods to your jobsite ensuring that you get the proper repairs to solve your problem. Our repair crews can handle any asphalt patching repair you may require. We put as much importance on repair work as we do on major paving jobs.

Paving

We do it all! From ground-breaking to the finished product. We can tear out your existing asphalt, restructure the sub-base, grade, gravel and pave new asphalt. We can also resurface over your existing asphalt driveway still keeping it level at garage with positive water drainage.

Drainage

If you have a water problem we can correct it. We have state of the art leveling systems. We also offer trench drains, basket drain and drain tile.

Our purpose at Jim Stanley Asphalt is not to peddle a few maintenance goods and services that will temporarily improve the looks of your property.
